Default CF variables and axes

Here are the specifications of the variables and axes managed by the
:mod:`vacumm.data.cf` module.
They are used to search for and format variables.

New variables and axes can be registered by calling
:func:`~vacumm.data.cf.register_cf_variable`,
:func:`~vacumm.data.cf.register_cf_variables_from_cfg`,
:func:`~vacumm.data.cf.register_cf_axis` or
:func:`~vacumm.data.cf.register_cf_axes_from_cfg`.
